Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, address destination and shipment methods.

Determining shipping charges as follows:

1. Add the product(s) to your shopping cart.
   
2. Select your shipping method.
   
3. Shipping amounts will update automatically upon checkout.
   

Shipping Methods

rulegolf makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive method available (expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost). Our chosen provider is USPS (United States Postal Service), but we may use Fedex or UPS for expedited orders. Once shipped, any delays are beyond our control.

Domestic shipping options are:

• Standard Delivery: Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
  
• USPS Priority Mail: Your product will be delivered in 2 – 3 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
  
• 2nd Day: Your product will be delivered in 2 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
  
• Next Day: Your product will be delivered the next business day after product leaves the warehouse.
  

APO and FPO addresses:

• All packages sent via United States Postal Services.
  
• Order will usually arrive within 21 business days.
  

International shipping options are:

• Standard Delivery: Your product will be delivered in estimated 14 - 21 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Shipping times may be longer, depending on customs.
  
• USPS Global Priority Mail: Your product will be delivered in 5 - 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
  
• International Priority: Your product will be delivered in 3 - 10 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  
• We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Sales and Return Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at rulegolf. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the rulegolf constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Proof of Purchase

rulegolf will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods

rulegolf allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards

Whether you order online or phone in your order to rulegolf, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide rulegolf with your card information, rulegolf may obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. rulegolf may bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card when you place your order.

rulegolf accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

Cashier's Check or Money Order

rulegolf accepts cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders as valid forms of payment. If you wish to pay by cashier's check, personal check, or money order, you may order by phone. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to "Rule Golf, LLC" and include your order details. Please mail your payment and a copy of your Order Acknowledgment email to:

Please allow two to three business days for order processing after rulegolf receives your payment.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, rulegolf will charge you sales tax (if applicable) based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the rulegolf sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that rulegolf mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. rulegolf will begin order processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before 2:00 p.m. MST, pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Product Warranty

All rulegolf products carry a six-month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your rulegolf purchase of a product, please call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us, rulegolf will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Shipping Charges, if any, will not be refunded for your return. You must return the product to the rulegolf within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, and documentation that shipped with the product.

Return Policy on "Free Shipping" Items

Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return an item. All items returned that were marked or shipped as "FREE SHIPPING" at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee or maximum $2.95, whichever is lower. Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.

Other Terms and Conditions

• rulegolf is not responsible for typographical errors. rulegolf reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the rulegolf store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
  
• rulegolf reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
  
• rulegolf may make changes to any products offered on the rulegolf Website, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice. The information provided on the rulegolf Website with respect to products may be out of date, and rulegolf makes no commitment to update the information provided on the rulegolf Website with respect to such products.
